yes it is alot,ive been fortunate to be inheritng

the woodland as the owner told me to manage it as i see fit.

the only way he bought it was so nobody could build houses

near his castle,and at one time the land would have been part

of the castle estate.not a bad deal i got for cutting the grass

at the castle once a week.atb
