Hello from Shropshire

Say Hello and tell others about yourself and your wood.

Hi there everyone, myself and my Finance just bough a cottage in Shropshire in a small hamlet. The property comes with an acre plus of land, much of which is woodland so we are looking forward to learning some useful woodland skills and managing our land as greenly as possible. Wildlife and conservation are high on our list of priorities and I hope we can learn loads from all you more experienced folks.

Will be back here soon, right now I gotta get back to working for the man :)

Thanks for all the greetings guys. We are off to our woods/cottage this evening after a weeks working in the city (boooo) and will be busy planting fruit & nut trees - not the kind that grow chocolate bars though unfortunately.
