'citing times indeed Chris,
Welcome to the forum and glad you're 'dead made up'.

And these "home manufactured quality alcoholic beverages"....what form do these take - Hoppy or Apple'y? Or perhaps you have a penchant for more exotic stuff....

I'm sure there'll be other along to wish you welcome - the forum is a little quiet at the moment - I suspect we're all a little 'phobic' of the recent changes but hopefully things it'll liven up over the next few months.

Love and bananas,
Greyman

Sounds a perfectly suitable beverage to me - my personal proclivity is for very 'peated' milk from the scotch cow...

hi there oldclaypaws - sounds like a lovely spot that you've found yourself

i'm into homebrewing too - make gallons and gallons of wine - mostly from foraging or grown on my allotments etc - don't use much barley - but i do use it with wild plum wine - i call that one "meths" as it's lethal

Love your wood, and your dog. I have an akita cross, only 4st., but with a lot of that magestic breeds traits.
I'm also enjoying and learning a lot from your topic on low impact tree extraction.
Good luck with it and keep us posted.
