While searching Google for some info on hornbeam,I've been lucky enough to stumble on like minded folk within this very website....What a bit of good fortune.

I have a 15 or so acres of woodland, and grassland not far from Ashford in Kent.

Really just use the land now as a little haven for me,the missus and Isaac my Black lab.(my 15 year old son has found girls now).

Anyway,Hi to everyone and ill be keeping a close eye from now on in search of some tips from the seasoned SWOG's.

Kind regards.

Hello Hobby, glad to see you in this neck of the woods - " 'seasoned' SWOG's" - started off in the right way, marvlyous!

Girls, I remember girls - weren't they the things that spent time fluttering thier eyes at you? I'm sure - if I can remember back that far, that they develop into 'women' - those beings that have the neverending 'list' and a deep misunderstanding of 'mens' work and ways... ;~))

Happy SWOG'ing,

Greyman
