Beehives

Offers and requests for sharing/renting or using woodland for activities or help in the wood

Postby Munch » Mon Mar 12, 2012 3:01 pm

Hi all, just wondering if anybody can help me out. I`m a beekeeper that has just moved down to the south of england, and as you know woodland down here seems really hard to rent. I am looking for woodland/scrubland to place some beehives. Can and anybody out there help or know any owners i could approach.

Thanks for any help or direction

Hi Munch,

I found a beekeeper to put hives in my wood on the LandShare site (I get free honey!!!) - might be worth you looking there to see if anyone wants hives on their land.

Hi again.

Sounds of interest to me but I'm about 150 odd miles away in south east Kent....

How often do you need to visit the Hives ?.

I only have to visit them once a week, but if you would like to send me a grid ref or address of the woods to [email protected] we can chat about it.

Thanks Munch
