We at NaturalWorks are a collective of sustainable builders, foresters and land managers. We specialise in roundwood timber construction but also have a good deal of experience in strawbale and cob/earthen construction. From a timber framed workshop to a cob pizza oven, we can work with you to build something beautiful, affordably!

Emma S, yes for some reason that menu does not always automatically open in all web browsers, but clicking the "+" does the trick - you're not being dim :)

Rich, we are currently based in two locations; Edinborough and Worcester. We do undertake projects further afield - our last two being USA and Kenya, but for sustainability reasons we'll be focussing on Britain for the forseeable. When a suitable (slower paced) project arises, we will be offering a timber framing workshop and would happily offer discounts to SWOG members.

Until now, we have completed projects without charging labour, simply to gain experience and because we could. We are currently making the leap from 9-5 jobs to pursuing this full-time. The end goal is to co-operatively own/manage woodland and offer land-based employment/training to folks in our various areas of specialism.

For now I'll see you all around the forum and no doubt some of us will cross paths out in the woods!

Toby: we don't have a dedicated yard in Worcester - for now, a temporary framing bed on site suits our needs.

I've had a look at your site and your fencing looks great! If we find ourselves needing hurdles or fencing, it would be nice to drop over to you and buy ready-made as sometimes you just can't do everything yourself and it's better to support folks who are really masters of a trade if possible.
