This one day workshop is for everyone interested in producing food from woodlands.
Lancashire’s Permaculture expert Rod Everett supported by other specialists will provide an introduction to the principles of Permaculture and introduce novel ways to utilise woodland to its maximum. Topics will include fungi, honey and apple production.
The day will include indoor presentations followed by a field visit to look at woodlands and to visit the Offshoots Permaculture Project.
