Renting rates for woodland

Hi

I'm in the process of trying to find some woodland to rent. I keep being asked what am I willing to pay but
Frankly I don't know the going rental rates for woodland!

Can anyone help? I know it can depend on a lot of factors but I am essentially looking for 15 acres of mixed woodland ideally with some coppice.

Ideally I'm looking in west/East Sussex and possibly Surrey & Hampshire.

I am looking at setting up a "working woodland" as more of a social enterprise thing to get people/kids interested in woodlands and helping them understand how important they are not to mention how useful. Will be showcasing sustainable woodland management practice and permaculture design principles.
