Burn baby burn

A reminder here that the way the UK is increasing its forests reflects that we are a wealthy country that has access to many forms of fuel and power other than wood. Very sad about the environmental impact of this story, and ironic that they are a major oil producer. Poverty and uneven distribution of wealth seems to be one of the biggest threats to the planet, you can't easily criticise these people for trying to fulfil their most basic needs.

good story, I'm a bit miffed though, that the fella cutting down the tree didn't have the correct PPE on, boots/trousers/gloves/long sleeves/helmet/visor
