I used to have a FC Book, sky blue colour, it had all the measurements in it you just needed to know the DBH of the trees do a selection of trees and it gives you a pretty close figure as to what you will pull out it also covered stack timber. I've just been looking in my book shelf but I think i lent to someone a few years back.
When I think of it some of the pages looked like some kind of Dan Brown Book of code
