I ordered a couple of boxes of valorbe files, they seem okay, but not as aggressive as the locally bought Nicholson ones I've been using 'till now.

Good that you mentioned not lending it out, I probably would have done, but fortunately my smaller saw is a lot more worn, so if any friends need to use one, the scuffed one is the one they'll get!

I was at the chainsaw suppliers yesterday getting some uprated spikes. I saw a new 372XP on the shelf, and the size looked just right. Looks like a chainsaw well worth holding onto.
