Setting up a Stenner VB42 rack band saw mill

Hi all, We have just aqoired a massive stenner saw mill. I've seen some videos, but it's not that useful!!!

Is there anyone out there who has experience with this mill?

The guys we bought it off have seen it in use before they bought it, but that was ten years ago

Any help would be superb, We're in Sussex, and part of 'The Community Tree Project' and trying our best to get maximum use out of any timber that we cut/aquire!!

Why not ask this lot if you can come and have a look at theirs? They have the same model (video on youtube), and aren't too far away- Isle of Wight.
