Woodland heritage

Postby MattWebster » Tue Aug 14, 2012 12:12 pm

Afternoon,

Just wanted to introduce myself, Im Matthew, Live in West Yorkshire and have just become the owner of a 3.5 acre woodland near York which i plan to turn in to a wildlife reserve, bush craft and experimental archaeology site; all of course in keeping with the wood! I have joined here to learn more about managment and general woodland hints and tips!! Any hints or suggestions as where is best to start in regards to researching the uses of individual species for food construction etc would be great.

Cheers, Matt
