Mortgage advice

Postby Wayne2306 » Tue Aug 16, 2016 6:11 pm

I am looking to buy a small piece of woodland for under £35000 and wondered if anyone had advice about the best way to go about getting a mortgage for woodland. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

if there's enough equity in your house you could extend the mortgage on that. May be simpler and cheaper than a mortgage on the woods
