On the "Home" page it referes to "off topic",yet when I try to access this it says that I am not allowed to view it as I am not logged in, even though I am!
If you mean the link to "off topic threads" in the "Forum activity" section ... it's a posting in the moderators-only part of the forum, accessible only by forum moderators.
