Hi everyone,

First post so be kind!
I thought this might might be of some use to folk on here, its a home study program for small woodland owners in Nova Scotia and covers lots of interesting theory and practical topics.

Let me know if you have found it useful!

Cheers

Wow! What a useful resource. Thanks for posting. Can't believe it's free when you think of what some, e.g., online Permaculture courses cost.

There's a wealth of free info out there, its just the finding it sometimes that's the hard bit!
Dexter, I work in forestry specialising in small scale extraction but unfortunately I dont own any of the woodlands I work in but its definitely a strong ambition to own my own woodland. When I get a chance I will dig out some pictures of our kit in action. Although now we have an alpine tractor and some nice toys, it wasn't always like that. We used to work at what i would call micro scale forestry so can relate to many of the members on here.
