SWOG members in the north

Postby SUMB1 » Wed Jul 23, 2014 7:10 pm

We have two woodlands in Tyne and Wear, about 7 acres altogether. We actively manage the woodlands by coppicing and thinning. The small wood is used for charcoal (we have a kiln) and large stuff is planked with a chainsaw mill. I am interested in getting an active group together in the north for meetings and helping each other in their woodlands. I have 2 green woodcraft courses running in August details at http://www.thedellatcoalburns.co.uk

Hi.
welcome to the forum.
I'd be interested in a group of some form.
I'm in the North and have 3 hectares of woodland.

Hi folks. I'll put something in the next newsletter and maybe we can get a meeting or two going.
